Company Policies:

  1. All orders must be sent via fax or email.
  2. SATIN ON YOUR TABLES by Dimsa Distributing is not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.
  3. If boxes are damaged NOTIFY CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
  4. Prices and Terms are subject to change without notice.
  5. SATIN ON YOUR TABLES by Dimsa Distributing is not responsible for dye lot variations.

Terms of Payment:

  1. Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All orders are shipped prepaid.
  2. NET 30 Day Terms may be available, subject to credit approval.

Returns:

  1. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  2. Returns must be authorized and given a RA# by our office. Merchandise received without a RA# will not receive credit.
  3. NO Return on used or laundered merchandise.
  4. A  25% restocking fee will be charged on return of all stock items.
  5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Credits will be issued once incorrect merchandise is received and inspected.
  7. We recommend all merchandise be inspected immediately upon its arrival to ensure accuracy and condition. This will allow you to make
    any claims within the 7 allowed days from the date of goods received.

FAQ’s

  1. How well do the SATIN ON YOUR TABLES linens hold up after numerous washings? 
    “Satin On Your Tables” are 100% polyester satin and are resilient to repeated washing and handling, as with any fabric long term washing
    may result in shrinkage.

  2. How do I Place an Order:
    You may call our office at 305.573.0096 to check on stock availability. All order must be made in writing and faxed to 305.573.0096 or emailed to info@satinonyourtables.com or satintables@gmail.com
    for confirmation.  Order Form can be printed from our website
    VERBAL PHONE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.


  3. Is there a minimum order?
  4. No.  We do not have a minimum quantity for ordering at this time.

  5. Can you make custom linen?
    No. We only carry 120" round and 132" round tablecloths, chair covers and chair sashes in the colors and sizes listed on our website.

  6. Do your chair covers fit most banquette chairs?
    Yes. Our chair covers fit any standard size chair with a maximum chair back width of 21".

  7. When will my order ship?
    Orders will ship to be received by the date required on the order form. Shipping and Handling are additional charge.

  8. Do you have a color sample card I can order?
    Yes. You may fax or email a request with your company name, contact, address and phone number or you may complete the
    REQUEST FOR COLOR SAMPLE CARD on our Contact Us page.

  9. Do you make available sample cloths for inspection?
    At this time, we do not ship sample cloths for inspection.  We suggest you purchase one item from our selection and you will see, feel and appreciate the quality of the fabric we use and how well our product are made. You will also be able to test our products and we are sure it will meet your standards.

  10. Can you rent Satin on your Tables tablecloths, chair covers and CHAIR sashes for events?
    No. We are not a Rental Company. We sell our SATIN ON YOUR TABLES at very competitive prices.

  11. Are there discounts for large orders?
    A discount maybe available depending on the size of the order.
